We craft our chocolate from ethically sourced cacao beans and stone-ground the cacao bean to ensure the chocolate flakes melt effortlessly into hot water or milk for a rich, velvety drink loaded with natural benefits.

Ethically Sourced

We ethically source our cacao beans from Papua New Guinea, ensuring a viable future for the cacao farmers. Our ethical approach directly impacts Papua New Guinea's economy and the cacao farmers sustainability.

Slowly Roasted

We roast our cocoa beans at a low temperature to minimise chemical and physical changes and reduce bitterness. This preserves the full flavour and rich nutritional value of our cocoa beans.

Made From Scratch

We use traditional chocolate-making methods and each step of our chocolate making process is carefully controlled and inspected to produce delicious, high quality, and nutritious chocolate.

All Natural Ingredients

Our single source, bean-to-bar chocolate is free from preservatives and additives. We only use natural ingredients to produce complementary flavour combinations, such as freeze dried fruits, roasted nuts and spices.

Mark and Annette Muller started their chocolate making journey with a desire to restore chocolate’s reputation and celebrate it as a highly nutritional food source. They started making chocolate from scratch leaving behind additives and substitutes.
