How to make the perfect hot chocolate

Scoop 20-30g of cacao chocolate flakes into a 250ml mug. Add a splash of boiling water and blitz with a milk frother. This will melt the chocolate to create a smooth creamy rich texture. Once you have the base melted, add your preferred flavoured water or milk/mylk.

You can add either hot or cold water/coconut water, milk or your choice of alternative mylks. Blitz one more time to combine and then enjoy!

A healthy delight
