We source our quality cacao beans from the volcanic valleys of northern Papua New Guinea to achieve the rich and unique flavours of our chocolate.
We stone-grind the beans to release the cacao butter and create a delightful, smooth, rich and flavoursome chocolate.
We roast our beans at a low temperature to minimise any chemical and physical changes, reducing bitterness.
Our chocolate is free of additives or preservatives and we only use natural flavours such as fruits, nuts and spices.

I was put onto these chocolates as a treat by my nutritionist. I had tried the normal dark chocolate but this time also bought the espresso dark chocolate….yum. I purchased 4 blocks and when the order arrived (quickly I might add) there was a little sample of the chilli dark chocolate…..so good. Thanks so much

Amazing morning start!!! I make the 100% Cacao Chocolate Flakes as per directions with hot water and coconut water most mornings and wow, this just energises my day. With zero added sugar, packed with anti-oxidants, the most powerful unadulterated cacao flavour, coconut water electrolytes and hydration, I can go for hours without any kind of sweet cravings. My preference is to sip it slowly, topping up with hot water as I go. I find the flavour and warmth so fulfilling, it really curbs my appetite. And over time, starting my day this way has re-set my tastebuds too - I don't crave sweetness so much anymore. It's an education in the real taste of cacao.

After listening to a podcast about how chocolate is made and the difference between Big Brand chocolate and Craft Chocolate, I decided to try Kkao Dark Orange. The 70% chocolate with a hint of Orange is the perfect balance. I'm won over and won't be going back to the Big Brands.
